We are thrilled to announce the promotion of John Fratolillo to the position of Senior Regional Director, effective immediately.
John has been an integral part of our team since joining our company in April of 2022 consistently demonstrating his dedication, leadership, and outstanding performance in managing the operations in the greater Boston area. He has shown exemplary skills in client relations, employee management, financial acumen, and has consistently proven his ability to maximize his experience in the industry spanning 23 years.
Over the course of his career, John has consistently taken on roles of increased responsibility at all levels of the management spectrum.
In his new role as Senior Director of Operations, John will be expanding his span of responsibility to include the mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. John will be tasked with overseeing the growth of those areas while overseeing all aspects of the operation. We have full confidence in his ability to excel in this new capacity and to continue driving our team toward greater success.
John has a Bachelor of Science, Criminal Justice degree from Saint Anselm College graduating Cum Laude in 1999. Additionally, John received his Master of Arts, Criminal Justice degree from Curry College graduating Cum Laude in 2009.
