Career Development and Internal Promotion
As an Employer of Choice, United Security is focused on its employees, and their training and development. We want all employees to have the same opportunity to excel at their jobs, and to ensure that for everyone, we provide training when an employee is hired, before they even begin at their site. We provide on-the-job training, per USI and client requirements, and we provide on-going training as needed, as well as any refresher training for the site required by the client contract.
We encourage our employees to let us know if they are interested in growing with USI and moving into other roles. When new opportunities become available, we share that information with our employees. When internal candidates meet the skill set and requirements of a job, they are eligible to interview for the position. Not every position can be filled internally, but every year, we have several internal promotions in each region and sector of the company, which illustrates our commitment to supporting employee growth and opportunity.
